As lead Structural Engineer for Malone Belton Abel, Mr. Kline, who started the firm’s Laramie office, has been responsible for the planning, design and construction engineering services for the structural systems of a wide range of buildings and specialty construction. He received his B. S. in Civil Engineering with an Architectural Option from the University of Wyoming in 1972. He enjoys the challenge of finding the best structural solutions to any building, large or small.
His understanding of the unique needs and conditions of Wyoming is based on his many years as a professional engineer in Laramie. His projects at Malone Belton Abel include the new museum at the Brinton in Big Horn, WY, which boasts the largest rammed earth wall in North America; the Washakie Center, College of Health Science, and renovation of the Classroom Building, all at the University of Wyoming; Campbell County Fire Department; Big Horn Junior/Senior High School; Lincoln Community Center in Laramie, and RockWell Petroleum Corporate Headquarters in Sheridan which now houses the Wyoming DEQ offices; and assessments and solutions across the state including recently at courthouses in Albany and Platte County.
